For two years along side the 160over90 team, I helped to evolve the Save A Lot brand passed the stigma that comes with being a discount grocery chain. Something fresh & fun, something human focussed and honest. Designing everything from the circulars (that you usually throw away with the Sunday paper) to a massive brand roll out, to their 46 million dollar HQ based in St. Louis.
The evolution of a grocery brand and their communities.
Transforming thousands of stores in cities across the country is a slow and steady process. Finding ways to incorporate elements that reflected the unique communities the stores resided in was essential to the brand vision.
